Can I share a chat publicly?

Yes. A public link shows a read-only copy of the chat as it is when you share it; press "Update link" to include newer messages. Links can expire, show how many times they were viewed, and stop working when you choose "Stop sharing". Anyone who signs in can continue the chat in their own account.
